Manuals, like booklets is a bound book and usually having a paper cover. The ideal binding process for manuals are perfect binding or Wire-O. Unlike saddle-stitched booklets where page count has to be divisible by four, page count for perfect binding or wire-o binding can be divisible by two.Features Full colour front and back with various stock options. If you want your manuals to standout, you may want to add coating on the cover – AQ (Aqueous), UV, matt and gloss lamination. Coatings are done every Thursday to keep the cost down. For Perfect Binding, we use regular adhesive for uncoated stock and PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) adhesive for silk and gloss stock to ensure durability.
File Preparation Send files in PDF format with crop marks and 1/8 inch bleeds on each side. Ensure that the PDF is created using highest resolution or print-ready settings. For best result, images should be at least 300 dpi.
